The service
Hard Lines is a breadth-first chess opening trainer. You import PGN you own or have the right to use. There is no course marketplace. The product is offered as-is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your content
You keep the rights to PGN you import. You must not upload material you are not allowed to copy. We do not claim ownership of your repertoire.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you sign in, keep your login safe. You may delete the account from Settings. Abuse of the chess.com lookup or attempts to break the service may lead to access being blocked.
Liability
Training advice is for study, not a substitute for your own judgement over the board. To the extent Belgian law allows, Hard Lines is not liable for lost progress, lost PGN, or indirect damages. Keep a backup from Settings if the data matters to you.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies.
